Chapter 8- Well I'm Going To Go Home And Deal With A Grouchy Husband And Eat

I walk through the doors of NYU heading to my first class which was Political Science lecture seeing as I am a pre-law student and I'm in my third year seeing as I had to drop out last year. I thought it would be good being a lawyer seeing as were in the mafia business and we happen to get into a lot of jams seeing as the mafia is illegal. I walk in class seeing quite a good amount of people in class I go and sit down in the middle seeing as I'm not a nerd and I'm not a completely bed girl and sit in the middle the in-between. I sit down grabbing my laptop and books for this class. I turn to my right and see a cute guy with jet black hair and tattoos everywhere it was quite hot. I may be a married woman it does not mean that I can't look. I went back to setting up my things. "Hi I'm Blake and you might be," he says all flirty. Might I add this is the hot guy I was starring at whose sits at my right. "Married," I respond. And focus on the professor when I see him walk in through the door and he begins talking about what he expects from us in this class. After about an hour and a half of listening to my teacher droning on about the basics of government he dismisses us. As I'm packing up Blake begins talking to me

"so since your married you wouldn't mind if I ask you to be my friend,"

I raised an eyebrow at him and say "you do realize that made no sense at all right?" "Cause I mean if anything you shouldn't be asking to be my friend since I am married," I state with a slight attitude.

"Okay true he says but I would still like to be your friend,"

"Fine you seem cool enough" I say looking him up and down he was wearing black ripped jeans, a white V-neck shirt and a black leather jacket with combat boots.

"So you seem a little young too be married," he says

"Yep now when's your next class," I ask.

"In about 30 mins," he says looking down at his watch.

"So are you majoring in pre-law?" I ask.

"Actually yeah I am following in my parents footsteps," he says with a smile on his lips.

"I would have never pegged you as someone wanting to follow your parent's footsteps" I say kind of shocked.

"Yea I get that a lot" he says scratching the back of his neck.

Also is there a reason why men are following you in suits he ask

I raise an eyebrow confused and look in the corner of my eye to see men in suits trying to subtly follow us aka me. I stop in my tracks and turn and walk up to them who just so happen to be on the phone. "give me the phone" I say to one of the men in the suits. While Blake stands behind me clearly confused. The man hands me the phone.

"davvero ci sono persone che mi seguono ora sono con un amico e lui non sa della mafia come potrei spiegarglielo eh Luca," I say in Italian. (really you have people following me now I'm with a friend and he doesn't know about the mafia how am I suppose to explain this to him huh Luca)

What do you mean male friend you better not be messing with him," growls out at me through the phone.

"Luca are you serious right now I would not do that I'll never stoop that low I am a married woman and I took those vows seriously you dick" I yell at him through the phone.

"Yea whatever and I'm following you because I want to make sure you are safe,"

"sì, beh, rendili più discreti. Non posso permettere a Blake di interrogarlo di nuovo, soprattutto perché non sa nulla della mafia," I whisper-yelled into the phone while moving my hands in the air which he clearly can't see. (yea well make them more discrete I can't have Blake questioning this again especially since he doesn't know about the mafia)

I thought they were when did you notice them he asked

"I didn't Blake did," I say bluntly I look over at look and give him an innocent smile and go back to the conversation.

"see that just proves that you need the guards and more training bambina,"

I roll my eyes at his comment and Blake taps me on my shoulder I turn to him "yea"

Where gonna be late for our economics class

Oh shit I say Luca I talk to you later bye and hang up before he can respond and hand the phone back to the guy who gave it to me and I tell him Italian to be more discrete. I head off to class with Blake and we walk in late the professor tells us not to let it happen again and we get to our seats.

By the end of all my classes I'm hungry and that make me grouchy.

"Damn you are bitchy when your hungry," Blake comments.

I roll my eyes . "well I'm going to go home and deal with a grouchy husband and eat but I'll see you later" I say with question.

"Defiantly I'll have to introduce you to everyone later,"

"yea bye" I hop into my car making my way to the house when I get there I hop out the car and make my way to Luca's office still upset about the guards and I'm hungry those are not good combination for me or Luca for that matter.

I barge into his office "You Dick," I yell

"What now Bambina," he says looking up from his computer to look at me

"Don't what now me you know exactly what why the fuck do you have men following me?"

"You know why Bambina we had men shooting at us two days ago when it was our wedding, I don't want to hear it from you I've had enough of your disrespect,"

"Disrespect are you serious right now?"

"You had a bitch in your bed before we were even married and you want to talk about disrespect, I'm just as much of an equal as you are so don't you dare start about disrespect," I say fuming.

I walk out of his office slamming the door behind and go straight to the kitchen to get something to eat. I walk into the kitchen and go into the cabinet deciding on a PB and J sandwich.

After I make my sandwich I go in the living room to eat and watch some tv. When I get their I see Toni watching Tv.

"Toni," I say

"Oh hey Natalia how are you?" he asks

"Annoyed what about you," I say plopping down on the couch.

"Good just taking the peace as it comes and goes,"

I raise an eyebrow "okay drop the bullshit what's up," I ask

"Okay well your husbands being a dick,"

"He's also your bestfriend I don't know you handle him,"

"I could ask you the same thing,"

"Anyway what did he do," I ask after I take a bite of my food.

"He's going ballistic and starts spewing out orders and killing people for the smallest things It's like when your angry he's angry and I've never seen him mad when he's mad a girl's mad," he says rubbing his hands down his face.

"The man needs to take a chill pill and that just so happens to be you so can you not be mad at him,"

"Nope, Sorry Toni your going to have to deal with him like this for a little bit if he gets more out of hand then I'll intervene so if you'll excuse me I'm gonna go to the mall with my bestie Nova," I say as I'm getting up. I'm about to walk out when I turn around and say "Don't tell him where I've gone or I will castrate you Toni,"

He raises his hand in surrender and I walk out the door.
