Did you just say Pizza? (pt.2)

Cali's POV

I can do this. I know I can.

"Cali! Are you coming or not?" Eva asked impatiently, while sitting on my bed.

"Eva. No. I am not going." I mumble and suddenly find my feet more interesting.

"Come on Cali! I already said Jake that you were coming." Eva jerks up to look at me. She looks frustrated.

"I don't even want to go." I say, already pissed off.

"Please just once! You still own me many explanations. Some of them revolving around Blake." Eva blackmails me.

"If I go, then you would let me off?" I ask hopefully and she just nods.

"But I don't wanna go!" I say lazily. And go over to sit down.

"Huh? I knew this would happen. If you come with me I will get you a pizza." Eva bribes, and pulls out her phone.

"Did you just say pizza?" I whip up on the name of my bae.

"Hello, yeah. I would like 2 pepperoni pizzas. I'll send the address. Yeah. Thank you." Eva says on the phone and shuts it down.

"Now are you getting ready?" Eva asks again. This time I just nod and go over Eva's collection of clothes for me. I pick out ripped jeans , with a white tank top and a blue blazer. To pull off the look, I add up black boots to it.

"You are so not wearing that. Though it is a good match. Wait I had that blazer? Oh. Yeah." She goes inside her walk in closet and get back with a dress in her hand with some heels.

The dress was a black one reaching above my mid thigh, the neck was also cut in some weird shape. The heels seemed to be long enough to kill my feet, being slightly brown and sexy couldn't change that fact.

"Ok I will wear it," I simply give up knowing there was no point on arguing with Eva. I wanted Eva off my head about Blake.

"You have to wear this only-. Wait! Did you just say you will wear it?" Eva starts , but then look up to me , shocked.

"I will get changed." I say and take the dress from her hand. After I get changed, Eva starts her makeup and styling skills on me. And the end result was something like this.

My hair was curled messily, with my make up very light and soft. I decided against any jewellery. I hated the lengthy of the dress. I wouldn't have bought it if it were me. But then Eva is something else.

"You look really nice. You know the difference between River's parties versus others is that. In these parties people do behave themselves for the starting hours, but then it gets crazy." Eva explains. While getting ready. She chose an emerald green tight dress with black heels.

"Let's get out of there before the crazy part starts." I reply. Out of the blues my phone buzzed. Eva was immersed in getting ready. I grab my phone and check the message.

One New message.

What are you up to, right now? - Blake

I see how this goes. So I reply

Hello to you too. -Cali

The text came back just a second later.

No need for the sarcasm. Just answer the question - B

Nah I prefer sarcasm. -C

I am not joking. So please answer the darn question with a damn answer -B

Where are you? Don't do anything stupid. -B

I'm joking. I'm going to a party. -C

I reply, scared that he would show up again. And this time he would be really pissed off.

Don't. I mean. Don't ever joke like that. -B

"Who are you talking to with that stupid grin on your face?" Eva asks. I look up and see that she has completed her make up. She looked pretty but didn't she always?

"Um... No one." I reply and once again get saved by the Bell. Cause just when I completed the answer, the Bell rang. I walk up to door and open it.
