Chapter 4: The Omega Is In Heat!

Nexus' face can't be painted as he faced Maximino who still has a playful grin on its lips.

Maximino is sitting on the sofa, right in front of him, who's still sitting at the edge of the bed. "I have always known you'd be a sucker for sex but it didn't even cross my mind that you'd end up in this kind of job. What happened to the smart, prideful, calm, and collected Nexus that I have known?" Maximino said.

Nexus felt his pressure rise because of what he heard from Maximino. Maximino still didn't really change. What he used to be, when they were in high school, is still the same today. Arrogant, overly self-centered, and despises people who are inferior to him. A typical Alpha.

Maximino roamed his eyes across the whole room as if examining the entire room. "So this is where you do your sexual services? Not bad." He said then looked back at Nexus.

Nexus didn't say anything. He just stares at Maximino.

Aside from Maximino's attitude, his looks didn't change at all. Instead, he actuallybecame more attractive than he is before. Prominent jawline, sharp nose, thick eyebrows, long eyelashes, gray-colored eyes, and naturally pink lips. Even his charisma didn't change. Maybe that is the reason why a lot of people are obsessed with him, not knowing what kind of person he really is.

"How long has it been, Nexus? 5? 6 years? How come you suddenly disappear---" Even before Maximino could continue what he was about to say, Nexus already stood up. He no longer wants to hear what he has to say. He knew that nothing good will come out of Maximino's mouth.

"Leave." He coldly said.

Nexus noticed that Maximino was taken aback by what he said. He even looked surprised. But it did not take too long. For Maximino started grinning again that just made him more pissed than he already is.

"Is this how you serve your customers?" Maximino asked as he rested his arms on the sofa and his legs crossed, his eyes never leaving Nexus. "Your patrons are praising you. Saying how good you are in entertaining them and that you're able to satisfy them in all ways possible. But from what I see and with the way you are treating me now, it seems like all of they said aren't true." Maximino continued without taking that grin off his face.

Don't pay him any attention, Nexus. Nothing will happen even if you answer him. This asshole will never back down and will just keep on insulting you so just calm down. He told himself silently.

But Maximino seems to have no plans to keep quiet and just leave. "Also, this club has a good reputation. I heard that those who work here are respectful. But then, it looks like everything that I've heard was just a mistake."

Nexus is trying really hard to hold himself back. He is trying to calm himself because he really didn't want to pay him any attention. He didn't want to waste his time and energy on Maximino. He doesn't want to lose his patience because when it happens, they might get the attention of the other customers and he doesn't want that to happen. As much as he can, he doesn't want to cause any commotion.

So before he finally loses the very little patience that he has, he stood up and take a step to walk and leave. He will just explain everything to Michael.

He walked towards the door, not even glancing at Maximino who's eyes are following him.

He was only a few steps away from the door when he felt something strange in his body, causing him to stop walking. He grabbed his chest, feeling his heartbeat getting louder and faster. He also felt his body gradually warming up.

His eyes widened when the realization hit him.

His heat! His heat is starting!

No, no, no, no. This shouldn't be happening!

He watches his heat cycle very well. He knew when his heat is starting and when it's going to end. And it shouldn't be the beginning of his heat yet! And fuck! He doesn't have his pheromone suppressants!

"Why is this happening?" He whispered to himself while his hand is still on his chest, feeling his heart that is still not beating normally.

The heat in his body intensified that it's already making it hard for him to breathe. Even his hole is now twitching like it wanted something inside.

I need to get out of here. He thought.

He tried to take a step and walk but every step he takes, he could feel the liquid flowing from his ass hole that it's making him feel uncomfortable and making it even harder for him to walk.

He is also starting to get dizzy. He felt that at any moment, he will lose his balance. Even his knees are trembling and getting weak. His sweat is dripping one after another.

But despite the difficulty, he still did not stop walking. Even if he had to crawl just to get out of the room, he would. He needs to get out and get away from the Alphas who are just around the corner, especially from Maximino. He has to get away before he could completely lose his sanity.

Just a little. Just a little and he can get out of the room.

But even before he could finally reach the doorknob, someone suddenly grabbed his arm. And the next thing he knew, his back hit on something hard, which startled him and made him gasp. And he was even more surprised when an arm suddenly wrapped around his waist, pulling him close to whoever is behind him.

Then he felt a hot breath fanning on his ear. "What a sweet smell you have, Nexus. A sweet fucking smell that makes me want to devour you and own you." Maximino whispered in his ear that made him shiver in nervousness and in lust.
