Goddess Like

The weather was calm, like an ocean before the storm and the sky was painted all blue with a touch of white like cotton candy clouds, it was a calming sight to see and the fresh wind was blowing gently. 

A young lady who is walking towards the entrance of the school gate got the attention of all the students who were entering the campus along with her. When she entered the school premises, every student was mesmerized by the maiden's beauty. She was like a goddess that could captivate every man who sees her.

Her natural and shiny black hair is like branches from the trees, swaying as the wind gently blows them. Everything about the young lady was sculpted perfect, from her head down to her feet.

Lihua placed some hair strands that were covering her face at the back of her ears. She just walked quietly thinking about something, not minding all the whispers from the other students.

"Senior Lihua is so beautiful." A first-year student commented as he was looking at his Senior Goddess with eyes full of admiration.

"She really is the epitome of beauty." Another student said. Everyone agrees with what she said.

"She is not only beautiful but she also is very smart and kind, well it must be expected because she is the only sole heiress of the Zhou Family business." Another student said and many agreed to her also.

Among the students who were praising Zhou Lihua's beauty, are a pair of eyes that reveal jealousy and hatred. Wang Daiyu along with her clown-like subordinates because of too much makeup on their faces- was eyeing Lihua like a tasty prey. 

Wang Daiyu was Lihua's rival and also her mortal enemy. Well, Daiyu was the only one who assumed that she was Lihua's rival for Lihua didn't know Daiyu's existence at all.

Lihua seems unaware of her so-called enemies presence, hurriedly making her way towards her classroom. It's the first day of the new school year and she is now in her last year at this university. Once she arrives at the doorstep of their classroom, a small person comes running towards her direction, spreading its short arms to give her a warm welcoming hug.

"Huahua, I missed you so much." said the small person who came running towards Lihua to give her a hug.

Lihua then patted the head of the person who ran towards her. It was her only best friend and sister-like, Xu Jingfei.

"I missed you too Feifei, you didn't even grow an inch." Lihua teased as she walked towards her seat. Jingfei glared at her and pouted. It is true that she didn't even grow an inch during the summer break. She tried every method that could possibly make her grow but to her dismay, none of it worked.

"Learn to love and accept yourself even though others won't. Please yourself and not others" This we're the words that her brother told her. That's why she had accepted the fact that she won't grow any taller.

"Lihua don't tease me, I have already accepted the fact that I won't grow any taller now," Jingfei said to Lihua as she followed her to her seat.

She sat on the chair facing Lihua's desk and stared at Lihua, "Hey! Have you already met your fiance?" she asked while placing her two small hands on her cheeks. Lihua also stared at her and shook her head, "We didn't meet, well the truth is, he actually didn't come and I'm very thankful for what he did." she said as she took her journal out from her bag.

Lihua was really thankful to him, she's not yet ready to marry someone. She's also having acrush on someone already. He also came from a very prestigious family. Just thinking of his face made Lihus blush. 

While lost in her own daydreaming, she didn't realize and felt that someone was staring at her in the hallway. His pair of green eyes full of admiration as he was watching the girl's red face, "Is she blushing?" he thought to himself. Just thinking of the fact that someone is making her blush made his blood boil, he is the only one who has the right to make her blush.

"Mr. Jian it is now time for you to go to your class now." a teacher interrupted his thoughts. He was spacing out and didn't even hear the bell rang. He immediately nodded and excused himself after collecting his thoughts and composing himself. He entered the classroom and the students immediately went back to their proper seats.

The women were staring at him, he was definitely not interested at any of them except for Lihua who was sitting at the back. The man cleared his throat to ease the tension he had been feeling when he saw her sitting quietly while staring at a notebook.

After making sure that the tension was gone, he then introduced himself, "Good Morning everyone, I am Jian Li Wei, I will be your professor in English and your class adviser for this whole year." He said in a baritone voice. The girls were constraining themselves not to scream because of the handsome man in front of them. The boys greeted him though.

"He is so handsome." one student said dreamingly. 

"Is he a new teacher?" someone curiously asked. Li Wei heard what the student had said and he answered her.

"Yes I'm a newly hired teacher at this school so I'm expecting everyone's cooperation and help." he said while glancing at Lihua's table.

"Mr. Jian, may we ask how old are you? If it's ok with you Sir." one student shyly asked.

"Well! I'm already twenty-five years old." he answered them honestly.

"Are you still single Mr. Jian? Or do you have a girlfriend?" a student asked him straightforwardly. It was quite a personal question but Liwie didn't mind and still gave her an answer.

" I am still single and I don't have a girlfriend... but I do already have a fiance," Li Wei said while glancing at the back where Lihua's table is located. It is true that he is still single and he doesn't have a girlfriend at all. The girls were disappointed after hearing his answer.

Lihua, on the other hand, didn't even glance at her homeroom teacher, she was still busy daydreaming about the face of her long time crush.

"What is she thinking? She's been spacing out since I've entered this classroom" Li Wei thought to himself. 

Still simply taking glances at her, he continued answering the question from the students and giving them the rules and regulations for their homeroom and English class.
