First Tutoring Class

Looking at his boss having such a pitiful face Assistant Zhang spoke while trying to help in something, "Boss, can I help you with something?"

Looking at the assistant who was asking her if she needed help Tian Tian just shook her head in a dejected motion saying, "Assistant Zhang, you can help me with everything... but my mother!"

Sigh.

Taking a deep breath Tian Tian got up and started packing her stuff while instructing,

"I will go for now. You can try to gather the information on the magician Hop, but make sure to use the human powers while going close to him. I have a hunch that he is someone, who we cannot afford to mess with at this time. We will have to be careful."

"Make sure that Kim Mi So is treated and ask Han Qing to try and talk with her so we can know why was she killed or anything that can help us to help her. You know right, she has limited time, though I am sure that her body won't be discovered too soon, still let's act as fast as we could. I guess probably she can be saved and if my guess is correct then, What we can see at this point is not even the tip of the iceberg. Okay."

Nodding Assistant Zhang started following her towards her car to see her off.

Getting down from her car Tian Tian started walking towards her house. Entering in the lift she started searching for her home keys and as soon as the lift stopped at her floor she got out of it and opened her door without noticing the figure who was sitting on the stairs waiting for her.

She has just entered the house and was about to close the door when a strong hand blocked the door from being closed. The presence of someone else had alerted her and now the whole of her attention was on the person whose hand was blocking her door.

"Who are you?" Asked Tian Tian warily, while trying to keep the door at its place and trying to push it harder so it would close.

Giving a small push he opened the door completely and introduced himself looking at the girl who was trying to close the door forcefully while being unable to do so.

"Hello, Miss Ning Tian Tian, I am Gu Shen, your tutor. I believe your mom would have called you around an hour ago."

Shocked seeing her desk-mate at her house, Tian Tian was just about to ask how was he at her house but soon her doubts were cleared.

"Tutor" shouted Tian Tian while looking at the newly joined boy with a surprised expression.

Entering her house while bypassing her from the sides, Gu Shen curiously looked at the interior while smirking and sat down on the couch while folding one leg on top of another and spreading his arms on the top of the couch. Sitting like a king he was patiently waiting for her to recover from the shock.

'What just happened?' Thought Tian Tian.

Unable to understand anything she turned around and looked at Gu Shen who had entered her house as if it was his own. Pointing at him she yelled, "Who gave you permission to enter my house?"

Looking at Ning Tian Tian who was at a loss of words, but still was trying to argue, Gu Shen took out his cell phone and while swinging it in the air he spoke, "If you want I can call Mrs. Ning to explain what is going on, Miss. Tian Tian."

With her anger rising she asked him in a threatening tone, "Mr. Gu, are you threatening me?"

Smiling Gu Shen got up from the couch and started walking towards Tian Tian slowly with stable steps which were neither fast nor too slow.

Unknown to her she had already started feeling something is wrong when he got up from the couch and her hunch increased when he started walking towards her. Not that she cannot fight him, she can, in fact, due to her power's she was stronger than any other Human, but she just did not want to disclose the fact to anyone. Especially not to the person who she knows nothing about

Going back without knowing Tian Tian reached a point where her back touched the cold wall. Unable to retreat any further she gathered her lost courage and asked, "What do you think you are doing?"

Smiling on her question Gu Shen just stopped when he was at a distance of five steps away from her and spoke gently, "Guiding my student to freshen up so we can start our first class."

Saying so Gu Shen also gestured towards her bedroom as if he was in his own houses and not hers.

Taking two steps back he added, "By the way, I don't ...  threaten...  human's!"

Turning back in style Gu Shen again adjusted himself on the couch like a king while Tian Tian stamped her foot on the floor exhaling deeply and left the place to change.

'Threatening, but still denying it, such audacity. Only if mom would have not known about him, I would already make him run away. Huh. Calm down Tian Tian calm down, you just have to get good marks and you will be free from this threatening monster, huh, Calm down. Remember you should not work in the kitchen, remember Tian Tian, remember,' Thinking she got changed and left to start her first tutoring session.

As Tian Tian left Gu Shen remembered what his father Mr. Gu had told him.

Just after he left the principal's office he tried to know more about Tian Tian but failed. Her information that he got was limited to what the principal said. But that was unable to solve the doubt about the energy he felt from her. After trying all the ways that he could, he, at last, decided to take help from his father Mr. Gu, and called him.

"How are you doing over there my son?" Asked Mr. Gu with enthusiasm.

"I am a good dad. I need some help." Answered Gu Shen while coming straight to the point.

"Help? As soon as you go there you need help? Tell me what it is?" This time Mr. Gu's voice had lost its warmth that he had while talking to a son instead it was completely ice cold.

This was nothing new to Gu Shen as whenever they used to talk to Mr. Gu as a son they would have different tones, while, when asking him anything about work or their responsibilities he would turn into a very strict teacher who would not accept even a single mistake. As their mistake could cost an innocent human life.
