CHAPTER SIX: Pain

I was startled when I felt the cold object hitting my face and when I looked, the window next to me was open.

So I slowly got up and closed it. I looked at the clock and saw it was just past three in the morning. Until now, my chest is still heavy, I have been able to breathe deeply but nothing has changed.

It was as if I wanted to do something to myself. I want something sharp to cut myself.

So I got up and slowly left the room. Darkness unfolded, the surroundings were quiet. So I grabbed the handle of the stairs and quietly went down.

When I got down I went to the kitchen and saw the light was on so I went straight and got a knife. Trembling I touched it and gently placed it on my wrist. At first, I slowly wounded myself but later I deepened and felt the pain.

I could see the blood flowing on the floor so I slowly put the knife on the table and just watched my wrist cut.

"The fuck!" I looked to my side when someone suddenly shouted. He was a man with a red long sleeve. He was stunned for a moment, but he also immediately attended to stop the bleeding on my wrist.

"Why did you cut yourself again? What if I didn't come right away? I might just see you lifeless!" he shouted at me and I could no longer understand the others because my eyes were slowly shutting down and I was out of breath before falling on him.

Lucas was busy doing all his paperwork and if you enter his office, his name will immediately open to you.
