CHAPTER VI

That evening, Levon left the garage early telling his father, he was going to Whitney's. She knew it was bad to lie but she had to do it or else his brothers would become an obstacle and would not allow her to go due to the last conversation they had.

Whitney did her light make-up and her hair. She even lent her a dress since she had better dresses because honestly she owned three dresses in her wardrobe which were now old and she needed to look nice.

It was a short sleeved royal blue dress ending just above her knees. It hugged her body perfectly in every way. She matched it with some black suede moccasin so as to look simple.

In fact she wasn't used to heels and she didn't want to make a fool out of herself on the first date with the guy she liked.

"There, take a look." Whitney said in an excited voice.

"Perfect," Levon stared at her perfect reflection.

"You are going to blow his minds out when he sees you. Can't wait for the details."

"Hell no,"

"Hell yes,"

Their bubble was interrupted by a knock and then revealed the ever handsome Jake.

"Am I interrupting something?" he asked sheepishly.

"No, not at all." Levon replied.

Looking at Jake now, she realized honestly he was no match for Blair. He was cute with his honey brown hair, green eyes and a nice body but not as built as Blair's. She was sure her crush was nowhere near his date.

"Wow, Von." Jake said ogling her up and down.

"My work," Whitney rolled her eyes as her brother eyed her best friend.

"You look different, you going somewhere?" he asked eyeing her and she stood quizzically whether to tell him or not because he was a friend to his brothers.

"Yes, you've ogled enough now get out." Whitney pushed him out.

"Good seeing you Von," he called after her.

"Thanks," Levon sighed.

"That's what friends are for," she smiled at her.

"Now get out there to Prince charming, you wouldn't want to keep him waiting." Whitney smirked at her.

"Bye," she embraced her.

"Have fun, don't do what I wouldn't do."

Levon rode in a taxi since the place was somewhat far from home. Reaching the lobby of the restaurant, her eyes roamed the room looking for him. She was actually so nervous. It was not like she had never dated but having to do it with Blair Ford made her nervous. She didn't know what to expect.

Her eyes as if on cue moved to the table at the corner of the room, her eyes meeting with the cozy bright sapphires. It was like the air was knocked out of her lungs. Blair sat calmly watching her like she was the best thing in the entire room. Her heart throbbed erratically at his look.

As she walked to the table, her eyes never leaving his, she realised he was wearing a designer white v-neck covered with a black jacket and a pair of new jeans.

His eyes never left hers as she walked all the way from the lobby and something about it was so intimate. It was like they were speaking to each other telepathically by just the look in their eyes.

"Hey, sorry am late." she said as she stood at the table now where he was standing now.

"No problem," he smiled easily.

He walked to her leaning closer to her ear.

He whispered, "You look incredible tonight."

Something about his deep sexy voice sent her brain to overdrive making her get goosies allover her body that she couldn't form a come back to his compliment.

Like a true gentleman, he pulled out a chair for her to sit which she accepted and he went to resume his seat.

Honestly he was looking good himself and Levon couldn't stop to wonder how she got lucky.

"I am glad you came," Blair broke the silence.

"Afraid I would stand you up?"

"It crossed my mind at one time."

"The place is really good," Levon complimented.

The place was really good with the nice beautiful chandeliers hanging up the ceiling, the white cotton table cloth covering each table and the beautiful decorations on each table gave it a romantic feeling. It was a cozy place and far from home so she was sure, none of his brothers would find her there.

"Compliment number one, not bad." she smiled at his sense of humour.

They were interrupted by a waitress who came to take their orders.

"I've been told this place has the best turkey and I would like to see about that." Blair smiled at the waitress politely.

"And maybe some mashed potatoes and rice." Blair ordered.

"What will you have Levon?" he asked.

"The same," she replied eager for the waitress to go away so as to leave them alone.

"A bottle of champagne too please." with that the waitress walked away.

Levon didn't understand why she felt bad when Blair smiled at the waitress and she smiled back flirtatiously. She was jealousy of the waitress. Of course she had to, she was on a date with the hottest guy she had ever seen and she had to enjoy every single part of it.

"You are quiet allover a sudden, is it about the waitress?" he asked and now she felt embarrassed for being jealous in the first place.

"Levon, you shouldn't worry because she is no match to you." he zeroed his eyes with hers this time.

"I hope so," she replied monotonously.

"Of course babe," he smirked at her.

The waitress came back with their orders and when she offered to open the bottle, Blair stopped her and dismissed her.

He opened the bottle pouring in their glasses.

"Thanks," she said when he poured in her glass.

They ate their food quietly and she was surprised that it was a comfortable silence. Sometimes they could glance at each other secretly and other times when they caught each staring, they would smile at their childishness.

Timothy was right because the turkey was indeed good. He had told him about the place when he was thinking of where she could take her. Once they were finished, he ordered for a chocolate cake desert.

"So I was meaning to ask what course you did at college." Blair asked.

"Mechanical engineering," she replied.

"Great,"

"Why did you choose that course despite the fact your family being mechanics?"

"I have been obsessed with cars ever since I was young, wanted to drive race cars or design them and so I went for mechanical. It was so hard but i went through with it and graduated. My family needs me too and I can't leave them to pursue my dreams." she answered honestly.

Blair stared at her the entire time as she spoke.

"What about you? What do you do back there in Los Angeles apart from painting.?"

"Not pretty much, actually I love painting a lot because it has been my passion and I had to fulfill it. I own a gallery in Los Angeles. If you can come with me to the city, you will surely love it."

"Your parents must be proud of you."

"I guess," he said weakly but added a smile and she didn't push for more information.

"Royal blue is surely your colour," Blair flirted making her blush.

"It's actually Whitney's. I am not much of a designer as you know."

"It still looks gorgeous on you."

After the dessert and the wine and the simple conversation and a little flirting, he drove her off to her home and she wished that his brothers would be asleep.

They kept a calm conversation about cars, movies and music on their way back.

Soon they halted into her house's compound.

They stared at each other quietly each aware of the sexual tension in the air thick. She glanced at his lips and thought about kissing them but she knew better to act on impulse. He should surely make a move because the anticipation was killing her.

All night long, the sexual tension was high but now it was at its peak. When she realized he wasn't going to do anything, she had to excuse herself before she did something embarrassing she would regret.

"Thanks for the ride, I should get going." she untied the seatbelt reaching to unlock the door.

Instantly she was pulled from the door and spontaneously his lips claimed hers in a sweet toe curling kiss and it turned into a hungry passionate kiss as he kissed her deeply feeling the butterflies in her stomach tighten.

He pulled her into his lap effortlessly and kissed her again slowly tasting all the depths of her sweetness. His hands roamed from her waist to her butt making her moan suddenly. Her hands tugged at his curls feeling their softness in her fingers. Something about his kisses was so addictive and she couldn't get enough.

Levon could feel the rock hard erection poking her inner thigh the evidence of how much she affected him and she couldn't help the feeling of pride for turning on Blair Ford. She couldn't help the heat flooding her core, she sure was hot and wet as fuck. She was turned on as much as he was.

"I want you," Blair whispered huskily his eyes hooded with a lot of emotions but more so lust that she was sure mirrored hers.

As much as she wanted him to just devour her right there, she couldn't because right now they were in their compound and her brothers or father could find them.

"Blair," Levon pulled away slightly.

"I am sorry," she apologized slowly staring at his dark eyes masquerading the sapphire ones.

Levon pulled away now completely returning to her seat straightening her dress and hair.

"Shit," she heard him murmur under his breath.

Was he disappointed that she had rejected her? She knew it was foolish of her to lead him on because she wanted him just as much.

She felt really hot and bothered just glancing at his hard on pressing against his jeans asking to be freed and thoughts of what could be under the jeans and how it could make her go to places she never knew made her blush facing to look out of the window. Blair sighed adjusting himself in his jeans.

"Thank you for coming. I really had a good time." he gazed at her.

"Well, me too. I am glad I came." she tucked a lock behind her ear.

There was a sudden hushness before she got back her voice.

"I'll take your leave." she looked at her feet.

"Of course." he replied with a smile.

"I want to see you again Levon. I am going to have to suffer with this hard on just thinking about you. I guess am going to have a very cold shower tonight." Levon blushed furiously.

She didn't want to think of the things he would imagine her doing as he jerked off. It was so embarrassing and very erotic.

"I will see about that then." she smiled.

Blair leaned forward brushing away her locks from her face.

"You are so beautiful Levon. I can't stop thinking about you." he said gazing into her eyes.

Levon couldn't help the tingling in her body, the sparks her body was feeling just by his mere touch. She was sure she wasn't breathing at this time.

He claimed her lips once more and she welcomed them fiercely.

They broke apart breathless gazing into each other's eyes.

"Good night Levon. Think about me." Blair pecked her cheek intimately.

"Good night Blair," she smiled and immediately moved out before she lost her mind.

She didn't look back knowing how her heart would feel. Right now, the air hit her skin furiously cold making her shiver reminding her of how Blair made her warm, how she felt safe in his arms, how his kisses made her feel so alive. She couldn't help the smile on her face.

She unlocked the door hoping his family was asleep and being greeted by a grave silence, she knew they were asleep.

She walked further into the sitting room and then to the corridor that led to her room.

She was startled by a shadow in the corridor. As she walked further in the corridor, she was surprised to see Mason.

"Mase," she whispered immediately.

"Levon, you are back." he walked to her where she stood glued to the door to her room.

"Why are you still up at this hour?" she straightened.

"Couldn't sleep, that's all."

"And you?" he asked.

"Hmm, me? I was with Whitney." she lied easily.

Mason looked at her studying her for long and she knew he was reading through her lie.

"You were with that rich guy, weren't you?" Mason asked.

Levon sighed giving her a 'don't judge me' look.

"I know that look Von, you were smiling from ear to ear right from the moment you entered the door and I know it's because of him. Don't worry your secret is safe with me." he smiled at her.

"Thank you Mase."

"You should be careful Von, you know how Leo and Liam are. In fact i will beat that guy up myself when he fucks with you. All am saying is you should be careful." Mason walked to her embracing her.

"I can take care of myself. Good night Mase." Levon said.

"Goodnight Von,"

Levon sighed when she closed the door falling tiredly on her bed. It was a long night and she was thankful Mase was understanding. All she could think about was their intense make out session, his lips on hers and unconsciously she touched her lips.

Her phone beeped revealing a message from Blair.

I wish I could be there to warm you and see you fall asleep. I am looking forward to us going on another date.

Levon couldn't help the smile on her lips and the joy in her heart. She didn't know what she was doing but however much it was wrong, it felt so damn right.
