CHAPTER 7.1
The days fly so fast, and it's Monday. It means this is going to be my first day in my new school. And how I wish my first day would be okay. I'm now already done and packed. I'm just waiting for someone to be with me to guide me to SNHS.
While I’m peacefully waiting here outside the gate. Suddenly a loud sound of a large motorcycle stopped and blocked my stand. And what do I hate? I could smell the smoke coming from this motorcycle. Heck! "Hey! Whoever you are blocking in front of me. You're not funny. What do you think of me? Parking area?" I shouted loudly at the driver of this motorcycle. The driver did not answer but simply tapped the back of the backside of his motor. Because of this rider, I was able to release an unbelievable sound. "What do you think of me? Pick up, girl? Hey, motorcycle driver. I'm just fat, I look matured but I'm not easy to get. So if I'm with you, leave and I'm still waiting for someone with me. And maybe because of that, I will be late for my first day at school." I made a long statement to the person in front of me. I would not have ignored him when he also resigned with a grumpy laugh. "Ahem? Excuse me? Is there anything funny about what I’ve said?" I asked in disbelief. "If you don't want to be late, hop in. If you want to commute, free to go and I'll go too." he turned on the motorcycle engine. "Wait?" my mind was full of wonder. "Esra?" I immediately sighed. He removed his helmet so I confirmed that it was Esra. "You’re annoying. If you had ridden earlier, we might have just arrived at SNHS. Saying things like ‘I’m not easy to get nye-nye.’ Tsk!” I do not have his eyes but know if those words are for me. But because I was in a hurry on my first day so I just missed it."If I were you, I would start the motor so we could get there," I said when I was already riding his motorbike.
When he was about to operate the motor it suddenly got stuck. "Damn!" Esra's crisp cheap. "Why?" I wondered why he's cursing."I think my motor stopped, maybe the three people couldn't handle it." I also wondered why he told three people that we were the only two on his motorbike. I was thinking when I suddenly gotten his mocked.
I slapped him on the back of his shoulder. "Ouch! I think my shoulder is sprained. What kind of hand is that? It's heavy." he made a reckless statement. "Hey. You’re OA. F.Y.I., I'm fat but I'm not a giant. Are you crazy? You’re too bully. Are we closed? And what are you saying, three people? We're just two. Are you blind?" I did not let go of my litany. Instead, I ignored it earlier. But he pushed me to quarrel. "How much do you weigh?" I was confused by his question."Hmm, 110 why? You want some of my fats?" I'm kidding.
"No thanks. You see, you weigh 110, almost two times a person's normal weight. So all three of us carried this motor. Gets?" he started the motor again. I was about to fight when he suddenly started the motor. So I was shocked."Shit! You really the son of hell Esra. I almost fell." I didn't notice before that he was wearing his helmet and turning the steering wheel of the motor.
I was confused as to where I was going to hold because I might fall. But I did not notice that I was sick at the speed of his operation. All I did was close my eyes and pray that before I vomited here in extreme dizziness we would get to SNHS. And thanks to God, because he seems to have heard my prayers because we arrived in just a few minutes' drive. I just confirmed this because of the big sign with the name of the school written on it. Stone National High School.Esra and I removed our helmets and he also removed his gloves. I still felt completely dizzy. So I just pressed my eyes first.
"Are you okay?" suddenly something jumped on my chest. Maybe I was just surprised by his sudden question. "It's just dizzy because I'm not used to riding a motorcycle," I confessed to him. He took something from his bag. "Get this water, drink it," he handed me bottled water at the same time. I just stared at the water he gave me first. I just wondered if he was really like this, always burying water in the bag when going to school."Don't worry, it's new. It hasn't opened yet." because of what he said, I just looked at the lid of this bottled water. It was obvious that the lid was still sealed so I opened it with my left hand. And started drinking. I was about to hand him the water when he preceded me in blocking his hand.
He’s stagy,"'It doesn't matter, I'll just change it, is there a store nearby to buy you some?" I immediately roamed my eyes around this school. When I saw a store.
"Okay, just wait, I'll buy it." I was about to walk when in just one step he stopped me with his one hand as he passed me. I noticed people whispering near us. "Isn't that Ikee?" "Who will that the fat girl he’s with?" "Yeah that’s Ikee.""Maybe the fat girl just passed by and Ikee just ordered something from her."
"Yes maybe," "But why is that fat girl wearing our uniform?" "Transferee?" "Maybe, she’s new to me." Those are the whispers I heard. Ikee? Why do they call Esra, Ikee? "Ignore them," Esra grabbed my attention. "Huh?" I only responded. "I said, let's go inside and you might get late in your class. Your daddy said to accompany you to your room first so you know your room the next time you enter," he explained to me. "Okay," I just didn't calm down.
