Hendrick Black:. "Hello pretty face. Did you miss me my love?"
Cassie:. "No! No it can't be."
Hendrick Black:. "It can't be what my love?"
Cassie:. "You can't be here."
Hendrick Black:. "If you want me to to touch you then just say it. I'm not gonna say no to you."
Cassie:." Stay away from me you monster."
Hendrick Black:. "This monster is your fate pretty face."
Cassie:. "No please. I beg you."
Hendrick Black:. "That's right. Beg for my mercy."
Cassie:. "No stay away. No......"
David Wolf:. Cassie....! Cassie. Hey hey.... Shhhhh...... It's okay baby. I'm here. Nobody's gonna hurt you.
Cassie:. Dad.
David Wolf:. Yes baby.
Cassie:. He hunts me in my dreams too.
I said almost a whisper.
David Wolf:. Who?
Cassie:. The monster.
He sat with me on the bed and pulled me to his chest. I buried my face in his chest and cried for I don't know how long. I inhale his scent. My father smelled like home. With his arms wrapped around me, after a long long time I felt safe. I didn't let him go. He lie down on the bed with me. I hold him even tighter.
Cassie:. Dad!
David Wolf:. Hmmm...
Cassie:. Don't leave me.
David Wolf:. I won't baby. I promise. Close your eyes and go back to sleep.
He kissed the top of my head. His embrace felt safe as home. I closed my eyes and drifted off sleep.

IRIS'S POV:-
It was 10 in the morning, when I reached to the hospital. It was my turn to be with my sister like friend. I really can't remember the last time she needed me. I was always the one who gets in the trouble and she always comes to help me. I almost can't believe a normal girl became this much amazing friend of mine. This time she needed me. I walked in her room when I saw her sleeping in her father's arms like a baby. It was the most adorable thing. Mr Wolf and Cassie were attached to each other more. She tells her father everything, calls him every weekend, talk to him hours like talking to a friend. There relationship was adorable and lovely. I stepped in the room and put my hand lightly on his shoulder and whispered.
Iris:. Mr Wolf. Good morning.
Mr Wolf:. Good morning Iris.
Iris:. How is she?
Mr Wolf:. Better.
Iris:. I'm here now.
Mr Wolf:. Yeah but I'm not leaving today. I promised her.
Iris:. Okay. Then you better go back to sleep.
Mr Wolf:. Yeah.
Iris:. If she'll wake up or something. I'll take care of it. Don't worry.
Mr Wolf:. Thank you Iris.
Iris:. Don't thank me Mr Wolf. Anything for her.
He gave me a thankful smile and closed his eyes. Both father and daughter slept in peace. I sat on the couch, opened my laptop to continue my work. My father gave me Permission to work online because at this time every day I come here to take care of Cassie. I was kind of worried about my brother too. Last he came to the hospital was when she woke up. I mean, it had been 3 days and he hadn't visited. I knew my brother cared for her, so why he hasn't visited. I tried to ask him but he always brushed off the topic. I fished my phone out of my bag and dialed Scott. Maybe he knows.
Scott:. " Hey my sparrow."
Iris:. "Hey! Where are you?"
Scott:. "At work sparrow. Why? Is everything okay?"
Iris:. "Yeah! I just wanted to talk to you about Chris."
Scott:. " What about him?"
Iris:. "He's acting a bit weird. He hasn't visited Cassie in 3 days. It's strange."
Scott:. " Really? Did you try to ask him?"
Iris:. " I tried, many times Scott. But he either brush off the topic or leave."
Scott:. "Don't worry. I'll talk to him. How is she now?"
Iris:. "Peacefully sleeping in her father's arms."
Scott:. "I'll visit her today, but I'm not sure what to bring? Flowers or teddy bear?"
Iris:. "Of course teddy bear. She loves them."
Scott:. "Okay. Thanks sparrow. I'll see you in the evening."
Iris:. "Okay. See you. Bye."
I hung up. Scott and I, know each other since childhood. Our fathers are friends so we became friends either. We went school together. He knows me very well. We started dating 9 years ago and that credit goes to Cassie. I stayed there, kept doing my work. It was almost 4pm when Cassie stretched her arms. Mr Wolf was still in his deep sleep. Lucky me, I was done with my work. I stood up and sat on the couch beside her bed. We whisper talked, making sure we wouldn't disturb Mr Wolf.
Iris:. How are you?
Cassie:. I'm good. How are you?
Iris:. I'm fine. Mom will visit today she was baking your favorite chocolate chip cookies.
Cassie:. Really. I can't wait.
Iris:. And Scott said he'll come too
Cassie:. I don't know how to thank you all for being here for me.
Mr Wolf:. You don't have to baby. We are all family.
Mr Wolf said and kissed her forehead.
Iris:. Yeah. So don't stress about it.
She smiled but I could see that wasn't the way she used to smile. It was like she was a broken Soul. Nothing left in her. I wanted to cry in front of her but I controlled myself. We needed to bring her back to her real self and for that we all had to be strong and supportive for her. But the only person could push her to get back to her old self was my brother Chris. Who was clearly avoiding her. Why? God knows.
Cassie:. Iris.
Iris:. Yeah?
Cassie:. Did..... Ummmmm..... Did Chris come?
Iris:. No. Why? You want me to call him?
Cassie:. I don't want you to call anyone.
I could see her eyes filled with tears when she said that. That made my blood boil. I was so angry at my brother. How could he be so careless. I saw my mom came in the room and the smell of freshly baked cookies filled the room. Cassie inhaled the aroma deeply and finally I saw her smiling cheekily. At least, these cookies made her happy.
Iris:. How long can you stay mom?
Stella:. An hour or so. Why?
Iris:. Can you stay with her until I return? I have an urgent work.
Stella:. Okay honey. But be quick.
Iris:. Yeah. Don't worry. Scott will be here too.
I walked out of the room boiling in anger. I went to the parking lot. Got in to my car and drove to my brother's school. I parked my car in school parking and marched towards my brother's office. I opened the door in almost a disrespectful way. My brother snapped his head up and spoke in anger.
Chris:. Is that the way you step in to your older brother's office?
Iris:. Don't. Don't you dare to speak with me.
Chris:. Iris! Have you lost your mind?
Iris:. Yes I have. Because I'm angry at you. Why the hell are you doing that to her?
Chris:. Doing what with who?
Iris:. Don't play dumb games with me. You know who and what am I talking about!
Chris:. Iris. If you wanna play puzzle game then please leave. I'm busy right now.
Iris:. I'm talking about Cassie and you know what conversation we're having.
Chris:. What do you want Iris?
Iris:. Just an answer. What will it take for you to visit her?
Chris:. I'm busy Iris. Can't you see.
Iris:. Fine. Keep lying to yourself. But you know what? She cried today and she cried because of you. I will never forgive you for that. We all are trying hard to make her smile but you on the other hand, did something to make her cry. She's thinking that because whatever happened to her, she's not worthy enough for us all. And you're making her feel worst. I know you're gonna regret it one day and will never forgive yourself for pushing her to the darkness.
I felt a little better after scolding my brother for his childishness. I didn't know why was he doing that. But it was doing worst for Cassie. She started to think of herself something lower. How could he do that to her.
-----------------------------
CHRIS'S POV:-
My sister came in fuming, scolded me like my mother, and left. I was shocked, my sister never raised her voice in front of me. But today she was yelling at me. She told me that Cassie cried today because of me. I felt my chest aching. Nothing new to me. I knew I was attached to her, not just that, I also knew I care about her. I was feeling guilty, she cried because of me. I decided to go to the hospital. Whatever I did I couldn't just make her feel that way. And if I'm being honest I wanted to see her. I rushed out of my office, went to my car and drove straight to the hospital.
In an hour or so I reached to the hospital. I parked my car, made my way to her room. I was excited to see her but I was also nervous if she asked me why I kissed her? Even I don't know why would I do that she is engaged, for God's sake, why did I do that but I only care see her. It was my fault that I kissed her but I have no rights to push her or make her feel bad for something she hadn't done. I could hear her talking, her voice was full of pain. when I stepped in I saw her face had a fake smile but it eventually fell when she saw my face. Tears welled up in her eyes. Now I started to feel more bad she is crying because of me. How could I do that to her. My sister Iris and Scott were in the room.
Iris:. Finally.
Scott:. Ummm. We need to go Iris.
Iris:. Yes! Chris, you made her cry again and I promise to break your nose.
That was max my sister could do. Break my nose. I know her she respect me but broken nose would be horrible for my handsome face so I raised my both hands in surrender.
Chris:. Why would I do that? I'm not the bad guy here.
Iris:. Just make sure you won't. Bye Cassie. I'll see you in the morning.
Cassie:. I'll be waiting.
Her voice was shaky like she was trying to keep her self composed but it didn't do much. Iris and Scott bid there goodbyes and went out. I was left alone with her I walked towards her she turned her face opposite side I sighed and sat on the chair beside the bed.
Cassie:. Don't push yourself Chris. I can understand. I'm not the same old Cassie anymore. I'm a broken Soul. Hendrick Black was right. I'm unacceptable.
My heart swelled on her words. Some how I was the reason she felt that way. I took her hand in mine. She turned to look at me.
Chris:. I'm sorry Cassie. It isn't you. It's me. I did something that made me feel guilty, so I left.
Cassie:. What do you mean?
I looked at her, her eyes were filled with tears. I couldn't take that anymore so I told her the truth
Chris:. I kissed you. I shouldn't have done that I'm sorry Cassie. It was the reason I left. I mean you're engaged and I shouldn't have.....
Cassie:. Not anymore.
Chris:. What do you mean Cassie?
She broke in to tears. I made her sit and sat with her on the bed. She leaned forward and put her head on my chest. I wrapped a hand around her waist and started rubbing her back, soothingly with the other.
Chris:. Whatever it is Cassie you can speak to me you know. That's what we do. Listen to each other.
She sighed and said.
Cassie:. He's married.
Chris:. Who?
Cassie:. Sam, he got married with a billionaire woman. He even knew where was I but didn't helped me or told anyone.
Chris:. Did he visit you there?
Cassie:. No. Hendrick Black told me. He told me that he paid Sam to leave me and Sam said that he can't imagine a middle class girl to be his wife.
Chris:. Shhhh....... Don't think like that Candy. You're so special. Jerks like Sam can't understand that. You're a jewel they can't have ever.
Cassie:. Chris....
Chris:. Hmmmm.......
Cassie:. Promise me you will not leave next I'll open my eyes.
Chris:. I promise you. I will be with you till death.

I did not mind at all. Even though Iris tried to talk me through to get me to go shopping alone but I declined. Because I knew it was better to sit home than asking for trouble with Mr Hunt.Scott came in and took his seat. I called the waiter and ordered lunch for both of us. I had informed Mr Hunt that I had some things to discuss with Scott about the case. He allowed me to go to the office cafeteria. And Iris promised me that she would take care of my work until I would come back. To be honest, they were all a great support for me to fight that battle. I want him inside me. Chris: Not that fast, Candy. You need to try that a little harder. He whispered in my ear in a seductive tone and I released an unsatisfied moan. I wanted him so bad, but I was just waiting and waiting. He was not doing anything. He was just teasing my clitoris. I did not ask for teasing. I asked him to fuck me.
