Ian's POV

"I'd had a nice morning with Coco, that's it. That was it. The fact that she was disarmingly genuine and funny and incredibly sexy, beautiful and pretty shouldn't have thrown me so dramatically."

"So what were we discussing?" Justin asked, thanking the waiter when he slid a plate on the table in front of him.

"We were discussing Ian's reunion with an old friend this morning," Will said, and then added in a whisper, "a lady friend.”

"She isn't a lady friend, just my best friends little sister." I said.

Justin is an old from friend from high school who also recently moved to London, he's a doctor and Will is a friend from work.

A while later I head back to the hotel, it was late around 12 am. Coco was probably asleep haven't seen her since our run two days ago.

Chloe's POV

I received Ian's text about having lunch and my lesson. I was particularly giddy and also anxious. I had already made shopping plans with Lauren she's a friend from high school. I happen to have friends from high school alot in London, most of us grown apart but it's not like I had alot of girlfriends then.

Charlie my ex boyfriend was also from my high school, we were all in the same group of friends. Most of them were guys, us girls were just 3. Lauren, Megan and I. We stayed in touch but I'll say a bit less than before.

I'm meeting Lauren for shopping in a bit and a little while later I'll join Ian for our lunch.

"Heyyyyyy,” Lauren squeals giving me a huge hug. “God I missed you so fucking much." She says hugging.

"I missed you too so much, oh my God I'm so glad I called. God it really has been long."

"About 2 years to be exact" she says, linking my arms into hers.

"Oh and I heard about you and Charlie, I'm sorry. Thought you two were end game, but seriously though Chloe he didn't deserve you he was such an asshole."

"So are you completely back in London." She asks making me suddenly glad she's changing the subject.

"For now I guess, I'm actually glad about that— I've missed it here. I mean Paris is great and all but I love it here."

“I'm glad you're back too, it's good to be friends again.” She says smiling.

"So what are we starting with, oh let's do lingerie first while we catch up."

"Yeah we do really need to catch up." I say.

"So is there a new man in your life," she asks smiling. "I mean we've just purchased the sexiest lingerie ever so." She adds again.

"I wish," I say laughing.

"But there's someone you like." She says.

"Okay yeah, but it'll probably never happen. He kind of happens to be Andy's best friend and only see's me as his little sister." I say sighing.

"Oh that sucks, you could change how he sees you though." She says flashing me a devilish smile.

"Okay when I'm ready for that I'm definitely coming to you for advice," I say smiling at her.

We enter more shops, we buy lots of new more clothes and shoes. I'm kind of a typical girl, addicted to shopping, clothes and shoes and Lauren happens to be the same so it's like a perfect friendship. An hour later, we were done with the shopping and most of the catching up. We have spoken about all the happenings in her life and she also still hangs out with our group of friends from high school. She invited me out with them next weekend.

"God Lauren I'm almost late for my lunch meeting” I say. “I've to go but text me, okay.”

“Love you." I say hugging her.

"Okay, love you. Are you staying at your place” she asks. “I recently got this package at work, I want to send you some things." She adds smiling devilishly. She works for an all women magazine. Everything millennial.

"No I'm currently at the Bancroft Hotel, my place is still under renovations. And what's with the devilish smile, is it the package?" I ask.

"You'll have to wait and see." She says.

We hug bidding our goodbyes before I leave.

I was actually late to meet Ian, thank God the chauffeur was with me.
