THE TRANCE(VISION OF MY FATHER'S FATE)

ANTONIO'S MANSION

Gisella sat by the window depressed, thinking of the previous incident with Natasha in tears when she saw her father's car arrive on the compound.

" I wish you could feel the pain I'm going through right now....(sobs). I wish you could see what I saw to make you realize what you've brought upon us, dad....." she murmured.

Antonio got down from the car and leaned on the door looking so devastated and miserable.

" What is wrong with Dad...? why is he so miserable....? ",she wondered

Suddenly, she fell in a trance and her vision went blur. A strange scene started showing in her eyes. It was her father's work place.

" why am I seeing this all of a sudden?",she wondered.

"fire....the main quarters is on fire....", a man shouted, rushing out of the building.

" Call the fire fighters now....", a voice ordered.

In no time, she saw the building collapse, totally damaged by the fire. Gisella stood in her room,frozen by the scene with tears tripping down her eyes.

Antonio walked into the house,brokenhearted.

" welcome ,sir....", Lizzy greeted at the hall but had no response from him.

He strolled past her like an invisible thing.

" What is wrong with him...?", she wondered.

Antonio glided unconsciously to his room.

Lizzy stood at the hall shocked as she continued gazing at his back until he disappeared into his room. She hurriedly rushed out to meet Gina who was  still working on the compound.

" Gina..Gina...", Lizzy shouted from the entrance of the house, approaching her.

" What is it? why are you so tensed?" asked Gina.

" Did you see, sir...?"

" yeah, why?"

" Can't you see he is acting strange? He is not himself.... "

" Why are you saying that? what happened?

" Can you believe I welcomed him at the hall and he walked pass me like am invisible or something. You know he is not like that"

" Don't be so stressed over this, maybe he was too lost in thoughts "

" Then why does he look like a walking corpse..."

" Shushhh....Lizzy, walls have ears. How can you say that so loud. Come on let's go in and check up on Agnes"

" But..."

" Come on, I said let's go...."

Gina pulled her hastily into the house.

NATASHA AND ANTONIO'S ROOM

Natasha stepped out of the bathroom room, refreshed. She settled in front of the mirror admiringly when Antonio strolled in, downcasted.

He slowly faint on the bed and broke down in tears.

" What is it....honey? What happened? "

She rushed to her side, worriedly.

" l'm doomed .....How can this be happening to me? Oh God , what did I do wrong", exclaimed Antonio in tears.

" Talk to me, dear. What is wrong..."

" The main.....quarters...(sobs), the quarters caught fire this afternoon and everything is gone", he stammered in tears.

" What....?How? what happened? ", queried Natasha anxiously.

" I don't know Nat...I don't know...(sobs)"

He faint into her bosom in tears.

" Is okay...I can understand how you feel.(sobs)."

" Why....why....why all this....why me...."

" Calm down...dear, we'll work things out....please"

She patted his back, hugging him consolingly.

"Cry all you can Antonio because I'm not yet done with you for all the pain, disgrace and tears you caused me some years past."

She smirked and smiled faintly.

" Come on, shower up and get down for dinner, I'll be waiting for you"

" No, I don't feel like taking anything.... "

Her face suddenly went blank, fuming up in anger but she immediately forced a smile hiding her anger as she settled beside him.

" You need to eat something else you'll grow weak and I can't afford to lose you. You are all I've got....please... (sobs)"

He forced and hugged her.

" Stop crying, I'll be with you soon. Take the lead while I washer"

She nodded, elated and dashed out. She stood behind the door and dried her tears angrily.

" Gosh....damn it, how can I be wasting my tears and love on you(smiles)but don't worry, is just for a little while until I get what I want."

GISELLA'S ROOM

Gisella sat on her bed still in a trance but with a different scene showing in her eyes. This time it was in their house. 

She saw Natasha walk down the stairs into the kitchen with a mini bottle in her hand.

" what is she up to and what is in that bottle she is holding", she whispered underneath her breath.

Natasha got to the table and dropped the contents into her father's food.

" What....? Dad....!" she shouted, back to her senses.

" Natasha....Dad....., no I have to do something. I can't loose you too daddy"

She quickly fled to the kitchen.

Antonio and Natasha sat over the dinning table ready for dinner. 

" Eat up dear....or I should help you..."

" No, Nat....don't worry, i will.  Just eat up..."

" Alright...if you say so..."

She started eating, gazing at Antonio. He was about to eat when Gisella rushed in, panting.

" Stop it that, you can't eat that..."

 "What the hell is she doing here, gosh...", Natasha cursed, throwing a deadly look at her.

" What do you mean by that, Gisella...? ", exclaimed Antonio angrily.

" Nothing....dad, i.....was just saying you can't eat that because it's late....", she stammered, starring at Natasha's angry face.

" Stop it Gisel, I'm not in the mood for your troubles, just go to your room"

" But....dad...."

" I said go, Gisel....,leave here, now...!",yelled Antonio, angrily.

She bolted out of the kitchen, crying.

" Silly girl, I'll deal with you later...",  Natasha cursed faintly.
