Chapter 13 : Free Meal
Author: TheCrow"Y-You... h-how dare you to act against me? ah ah"
Cara started breathing in and out of anger, she was so angry that her face turned into a tomato. She never expected Bin to suddenly grab her neck and violently lift her in the air. It was barbaric and infuriating, especially for a respected young lady such as her.
She turned to Jasmine and loudly said
"Jasmine! If you're not going to punish your servant then I'm sending my men to beat the hell out of him until he can't move! ah ah!"
To be honest, the sight was funny, seeing her crazed like that was like seeing a little kitty acting angry. Jasmine furrowed her brows as she saw Cara forcing her to punish Bin for something he did. It's true that he's her servant but it was Cara who started it when she provoked him. Knowing his attitude, it was obvious he'll retort with something but to resort to that, even Jasmine was left speechless for a second.
Albeit what happened, Jasmine was a bit happy to see someone suffer at his hands other than her, in some weird way, she enjoyed the suffering of her friend and was glad that she wasn't the one fuming with anger. Speaking logically, if it was Jasmine, she would have been angry if that was done to her too, but what Cara said was way overboard.
What Bin didn't like was some flat-chested, annoying brat to talk to him in a haughty manner as if she's a god or a higher being and he's a slave or just a toy. No matter what Jasmine said, she would not be this harsh and act like that, it's true that she wants to make him suffer, but she didn't say things the belittled his pride or spoke as if she's a superior race.
"Ara ara, It seems you have quite the unique servant, Jasmine."
Melissa covered her mouth as she giggled and stared at Bin, who ignored Cara's outburst and laid on the chair with a pale face. He used his shivering hands as a pillow and leaned his body on the table.
Cara's shouting and Bin's weird posture attracted some attention from nearby customers, but he was oblivious to all of their mumbling and stares and tried to rest.
"That's it! I'm calling my men! I'm not going to let it go until he gets what he deserves, a lowly peasant trying to defy his master!"
Cara picked a phone from her purse and angrily pushed the buttons, almost breaking the phone in half. When she started dialing someone, Jasmine walked up to her and said
"That's enough Cara. Don't you think it's your fault for meddling? I'll punish him for what he did but you don't have to exaggerate when you're the one at fault."
Stomping her feet and looking extremely angry, Cara hang up and stared at Bin with a disgusting look while replying to Jasmine
"What kind of trashy servant is this? I wouldn't even accept him even if he begged me, just throw him out!"
With that, Cara went back to her seat yet still kept glaring at Bin, who was in no mood to keep messing with a brat. His head was aching, he felt like he was on an endless roller coaster as his head kept spinning.
"Bin! Apologize to Cara immediately, that is not a conduct of a servant!"
Jasmine couldn't step back after telling Cara that she'll punish him, maybe if he apologized, she'll calm down and forgive him but knowing Bin's character, he would rather die than apologize, so Jasmine just hoped he would follow her orders.
"Sorry."
To her surprise, Bin uttered that word, it was not a formal apology as he didn't face Cara or bow down like she expected, nevertheless, he apologized. With a final glance, she turned around and joined her friends at the table.
".... What, is that supposed to be an apology? That's dog shit!"
Cara's mouth kept running on and on, Jasmine decided to ignore her. The rant was only stopped when Melissa and Rika, the red-haired girl finally intervened.
"Hehe, Cara, he had already apologized so why don't we end this? We're here to eat after all."
"Cara, that's enough."
begrudgingly, Cara stopped bad-mouthing Bin and started enjoying the delicious food that was served. There were all kinds, ranging from main dishes to sweet desserts.
When the waiter was about to leave, Melissa whispered something in his ear, in response to her, he enthusiastically nodded back at her and left in a hurry.
..
Not even 5 minutes later, the same waiter came back with some dishes. Unlike what Jasmine and the rest thought, the waiter put them on Bin's table, waking him from his sweet nap and making relive the feeling of dizziness and fatigue.
Nonetheless, the enticing smell of the dishes and their texture made Bin's stomach growl. His hunger multiplied but since he was used to starving every now and then, he didn't complain. Curiously, he glanced at the table where his master was sitting at only to find her as surprised as he is.
From her look, he knew that she wasn't the person who ordered these meals. In fact, he never expected her to be that kind of person, passing a day with her was more than enough to grasp her behavior. Cold yet arrogant, annoying yet polite.
His eyes passed Jasmine and landed on her friends, purposely avoiding Cara. Rika was enjoying her parfait and Melissa was giving him a playful smile. He couldn't guess who did it, but he had a small hunch that it was Melissa as she was the odd one amongst them.
Honestly, he didn't know why she did it, neither did he care why. He wasn't even going to be courteous and refuse it, the food was served for him and he isn't going to miss this chance. His hands started moving as he began gulping one dish after another nonstop, his stomach stopped emitting those growling noises and started filling up bit by bit.
Speechless, Jasmine looked at Bin who was enjoying his meal without a care in the world. There was only one person who spoke to the waiter so Jasmine turned toward that person only to find her giggling as she looked at Bin
"Melissa, why did you order the food?"
"Melissa! Are you out of your mind? Feeding stray dogs is better than feeding him!"
Cara and Jasmine yelled at her at the same time but the big breasted girl kept giggling and said
"Ara ara... what's wrong with ordering a few extra meals? After all, it's not you guys who are going to pay for them, hehe.."
Jasmine didn't even try to stop Bin as she knew he wouldn't stop even if she ordered him to. As for Cara, she tsk'ed and took a bun from the dish to eat it. Unfortunately for her, she mistakingly picked a small onion which was meant to decorate the plate a bit, she ended up taking a huge bite from it.
"*cough* *cough*"
"Ara ara, you shouldn't eat onion, it makes your breath smell."
Melissa kept joking around while sometimes glancing at Bill. Cara cursed and throw the onion on the ground, not caring that it would dirty the floor.
