PRICE FOR THE WOMAN IN YOUR BACKSEAT

Li Jin returned shortly after the mysterious man left, he saw her fast asleep and had no intention to break her sweet slumber. He called two female waitresses who helped him to take her down to his car. He stuffed her at the backseat and was about to drive away when a man stopped him. Li Jin scrolled down his window and the man was the first to speak up, "Manager Li, our boss wants to speak with you." 

No normal men, especially with a beauty at his backseat, would immediately rush over to an unknown man. He inquired, "Who is your Boss?" The man didn't reply instead he gave him his phone. The phone was already connected to a call; Li Jin understood his gesture and received the phone to speak. 

"Hello, who is this?"

"Manager Li!" replied a cold yet cello like voice which continued, "Am the CEO of NC."

"NC? President Lu?" Li Jin was especially surprised. 

NC was an established entertainment company which has been quite popular lately. It was one of the best once upon when he was still a teenager, almost every A- lister back then was from this company. But for some reason the company lost its initial potential and started to break down financially. It was at the verge of closing down when a new CEO took over the company. He sure was a talented one as within a year he managed to take the company to new heights. And now this God- like, legendary CEO Lu, who never even exposed himself to media yet is now, speaking to him and that too personally. He was just thrilled… He didn't even recover from the first shock when another shock crashed on him.

"Name a price!"

"Price? For what, President Lu?" he asked in a confused manner.

"For the woman at the back seat."

The woman at the back seat? Was he talking about Qin Yue? His tone and choice of words annoyed Li Jin that he couldn't contain the hatred for the man in his voice, "She is not for sale." The man kept quiet for awhile before answering, "I want to poach her."

Li Jin's anger vanished within thin air; his Queen was personally being poached by the best company. He always wanted her to change the company as he knew her future will be spoiled if she was to stay with that damned traitor company. He immediately wanted to accept his offer but he remembered something, "Mr. Lu, am so happy that you want Qin Qin to be in your company but she is so stubborn, if she is not interested then I can't force her. And also the compensation for breaking the contract is high."

"Two days. Convince her within two days." He coldly replied and hung up.

Huh? Before Li Jin could protest the call was long dropped. Damn it, how can he convince her within two days? This was inhumane! But he had to give it a try; if his Fairy's life could be fixed by this then he was even willing to go bungee jumping without a rope. He thought about it for a while before stepping on the gas pedal and driving away.

The next day.

Qin Yue woke up nice and fresh at her apartment; she could vaguely remember what happened the last night but she was a little unsettled. She saw a familiar figure in her dream last night; he gave out a cold aura and was quite scary. He was staring at her and was even about to caress her face but didn't. His image was not clear in her head, it was just a blur appearance but his presence was quite…quite familiar to her.

Could it be…Him?

No way, he had been lost for Six years; there was no way it would be him. Even the thought of that person sent chills down her spines so she immediately dismissed her thoughts.

She washed up, had breakfast and was thinking about reading some novel when her phone rang- it was Li Jin.
