Nicholai watches as the man squirmed in his seat from his sharp stare.
He sighs sitting back, "Who sent you?"
"I-I don't know what you're talking about." The man states nervously, Nicholai chuckles, humourless.
"You don't know what I'm talking about." He mimics, turning to the guards.
"He doesn't know what I'm talking about." They chuckle.
Nicholai turned back to the man. "I know who you are, John Wiley. A detective, you have two children, and a wife, beautiful if I may add."
"I wonder how your children will feel when they find you dead, and that wife of yours would have to take care of them all by herself, but from her medical records, she was diagnosed with depression. So who's to say she doesn't kill herself after I kill you or I could just kill them."
"No, you wouldn't," Nicholai smirks raising from his seat.
"See now that's where you're wrong. I would." He told him.
"All I have to do is make one call and my men will do as I ordered, now I'll ask you once more, who sent you, detective?"
"Detective Crown, he's been investigating you for years now, he will stop at nothing to take you down."
"Thank you, but I must apologise for what's about to happen." Nicholai made a signal one of the guards gave him a gun.
"I don't know what you know so I'll have to kill you." He held it to John's head.
"No! I'll give you information on the case Crown is working on, I'll do anything please just don't kill me."
"Fine." John sighs, asking.
"Who do you know I won't betray you?"
"I can kill your family anytime I want, so if you decide to, down goes the Wiley family."
"Thank you." Nicholai smiles.
"Don't thank me yet, I want some info on what detective Crown as found on my family and me."
"Done."
"You may go." John thanks him once again before leaving. Nicholai turns to one of the security guards.
"Roberto follow him if he does anything funny, kill him and his family."
"Yes, boss." He walks out of the room.
Ring ring
Nicholai looked down at his phone, Sofia.
"Sofia." He greets.
"Hey babe, I was going to a club opening around the east coast and I was wondering if you'll like to join."
"I can't, I have paperwork to do."
"Are you sure?"
"I'm sure Sofia." He hung up, sighing, running his hands through his curly black hair.
He began going through the files his father, Alessandro dropped off.

After a few hours of paperwork, he was decided to go to the bar.
When he arrived he skipped the line, earning groans and curses from the people in line.
"Christian." The bouncers, smiles.
"Mr Anderson, welcome to The Infinity." He lets him through.
Nicholai walked in looking around, it was like any other club, it had Booz and women.
He went to the bar, ordering himself a whiskey.
He turned in his seat, looking around for any familiar faces but he stopped none.
"Here you go." He turns around to take his whiskey.
"Let me guess, you just got off from work and needed a drink." He moves his eyes from his whiskey to the woman stood behind the bar, she had light skin, her curly hair moved past her shoulders going down her back, and she wore a short black dress.
"Something like that." She smiles.
"I'm Delilah." He smiles.
"Nicholai, it's nice to meet you, Delilah."
"Likewise."
"Do you have any other guesses about me, I would love to hear them."
"You're hot." He chuckles.
"That's not a guess darling, that's a fact." She laughs softly at his remark.
"You're egoistic and lonely but people surround you and from what I've seen you are not a party person."
"I can't be a party person with the job I have." He told her, she smirks, leaning in, with an eyebrow raised.
"And what is your job?"
"That's for me to know."
"And me to find out?" She finishes, he chuckles.
"Sure, but don't dig too deep. And what do you want to do for a living besides bartending?"
"Nothing but I do have a major in psychology and business."
"So a bartender with a psychology degree." He chuckles.
"I know it's so cliche." She smiles, just as his phone rang.
"Excuse me." She nods as he answered his phone.
"Hello?"
"Where are you, we are supposed to be meeting Diego at the dock in the next 20 minutes." Shawn, his best friend asked.
"It slipped my mind, I'll be there in the next 10-15 minutes."
"Hurry you know he doesn't like to deal with anyone but you." He hung up.
Nicholai went back to the bar, he noticed Delilah serving some people, he drank his whiskey, before taking out 200 dollars placing it under the glass, before leaving.
