Cara's [P.O.V]

My mum, Luna Elsa walks towards me with a sign of concern over her face as my flawless white gown was a bit wet from the melted ice that was over me before.

She held my hand and she took me out of the chambers in a hurry.

"There is something I did not tell you about your mate," she says to me and I stared at her, as curiosity had taken my mind off everything that was presently happening.

"What is that?" I asked her in return.

"We the elders are suspecting that your mate might be the moon goddesses son," she says to me like she has no time to explain her brief sentence.

"Mum, you mean the bedtime story you always used to tell me was a real-life true story?" I asked her and she signed.

"Yes, and If your mate truly is what we think he is, then our lives and that of the members of our pack is in great danger," she says to me with her eyes turning red.

"No mum! You guys don't intend to harm my mate right?" I asked her If my thoughts of an in house assassination was what they planed for my alpha mate.

"I will not allow it," Luna Elsa says to me as she pats my shoulders.

"I can't bear to see and live with my daughter without a mate in her life" she continued with her words and I knelt down.

"Mum please, help talk to dad, my mate is not the evil so-called second_son of the moon goddess, I think you guys should ask him that question when he wakes up," I said to her and she nodded in understanding.

I turned as I saw my mate being carried into my room in a rush.

I stood up and walked into my room together with my mum who left later on due to boredom.

I stared at my chocolate mate, wondering what made him look so perfect.

He was totally different from every other guy I have seen in my life, and not on the differences in our skin color but in the beauty of his entire body.

I closed my door and took my bath, but then I started preparing to go to bed.

Something got into my thoughts as I saw my alpha mate on a bench that did not suit his alpha title.

I carried him off the bench and kept him on my bed so we'd be closer to each other while I slept.

Then I closed my eyes and then moved closer to his hot body.

I knew I should be careful with him as I do not know what kind of behavior he might put up with me when he wakes up but I do know that he can not hurt his mate.

The tiredness of my late to bed activities and the dullness of the daylight made me feel uneasy and sleepy, so I shut my eyes closed feeling safe closer to him.

I woke up late at night just to discover that my mate was longer on the same bed that I was on.

I looked at the door, observing It carefully, there was no way he'd be able to open the door as the password to open It Is my fingerprint so he is still inside this room.

I searched for him as I entered the bathroom and turned on the light just for me to see the back of my beast.

He paused but continued with what he was doing.

I struggled to take my eyes off from his body but my bitchy wolf kept making me peep at his godly manly stature.

I turned controlling the urge I had inside of me to ask him many questions but as I was about to leave, he turned staring at me with his body bare right in front of me.

He stepped out from the shower and walked three steps closer to me with his alpha aura that threatened every breath that I took.

"Hey, Mr choco! Stay put!" I said to him and yet he leaned down very close to me like he meant to do something else as his lips traced themselves over my neck with a hard grasp over my butt bringing me tightly into himself but then shifted off.

He tied a towel around his waist and My body instantly reacted to his moves.

He was my mate and my senses of having a sexy possessing mate have been my dreams all my life.

I stepped back but got held by the waist and got dragged into him but there was something else, something wasn't right.

My wolf was reacting too fast and she was communicating with his wolf and that was not a regular thing for mates but only for the wolves inside both partners.

I looked inside his eye to see how black It looked, It was not him taking his bath or doing whatever sexy thing that he was doing right now to me.

It was his wolf controlling his body, It seems like my mate had cultivated himself so well that his wolf could as well still take care of him when he's sick.

The human male reproductive organ, I had just seen now is definitely a monster and thinking of being involved and taken by him on a bed was a bit scary to me.

He had a murder weapon for a dick.

"What is your name? and who are you?" I asked him as he dressed up putting on the clothes my dad had sent for him.

"I am called Brian, alpha of..." he says to me but then keeps silent all of a sudden.

"Why the silence?" I asked him and he looked at me with a sad sign over his face.

"I can't remember who I am, I only know my name and that I am an alpha," he says to me and walks closer to him hugging him.

"You should always be this close with us," his wolf says to me and I acknowledge his words staring into his eyes.

I stood up to take my bath, as It was already morning now and I had a job I had to attend to and after refreshing my body I came back just to see him outside about to fight with someone I don't know.

I rushed down through the stairs only for my mum to stop me on my way.

"My mate mum, It's his wolf controlling his body, not the real him," I said pointing out of the house as my mum held me to herself tightly.
