4) Your Highness!

Hazel

A lady in her mid-fifties entered along with Galaxy and a young boy. Xander introduced, "Meet my grandma Mable and this is Liam, Damian's brother," then he looked at his Grandma Mable and added, "She is Hazel, you both have already met her so I think I should leave now, Granny Good Night. Please take her good care, she must be in pain." 

The lady gently smiled at him and nodded and started arranging the table. The young boy, Liam was standing near the door with a broad smile in his face, looking like he was extremely happy seeing me and knew me from years. His dark hair and topaz eyes were similar with his brother Damian and the other girl Galaxy. But most unbelievable part was that how Xander's Granny was so young and there was no sign of wrinkle at all in her flawless fair skin.

Before leaving Xander taking my hand said, "Rest well tonight, I will show you the castle tomorrow," winking at me he placed a soft gentle kiss on my knuckles and whispered, "Good night, Angel." Then he left leaving me with them, I was blushing badly. Though his action and words were similar with royal manners but yet my body felt a strange attraction towards his every word and actions, in spite of being a total strange I was feeling like I knew him from eternity. My baffled thoughts were broken with the voice of that teen boy Liam, must be 15 or 16 years old, he excitedly asked, "Are you feeling pain Hazel? I am so happy to see you again, I was waiting for meeting with you."

I smiled slyly at his childish behavior which was really very cute and showed his genuine care for me and replied, "No I am fine. Thanks for asking." Dinner was already served and Granny in her gentle tone said, "Let her eat now Liam she must be hungry, no more talking. You two go to dinner now. It is already late." Galaxy and Liam left after biding me good night with disappointed face seems like they wanted to talk or gossip with me. She even helped me to eat then she asked, "How are you feeling dear? Your wounds are recovering really fast. Don't be upset you will be alright." Her motherly nature reminded me of my own granny and her blonde hair and sky blue eyes had a very slight similarity with Xandar. I replied, smiling gently, "It's alright. I am feeling better now." She sat close to me at the chair near bed and started examine my hands and asked, "So do you have siblings? Where do your parents live?" 

I replied, "I live in hostel near my college and my granny lives far away from Valdez. I don't have any siblings and I don't much about my parents," and with sigh I added, "I can't remember them, I only know they died in an accident. My granny is my guardian." I sadly smiled at her. 

"Ohhh sorry dear I didn't mean to hurt you", she apologized placing her hand warmly on mine. She asked again, "Why do you live at Valdez? So far away?"

I really felt a motherly connection with her within few minutes and it felt like I could say her all my problems and troubles, so without any hesitation I replied, "Actually I received a free scholarship at my college, so I decided to take it and my granny is too old to earn now. Fortunately I got a part time job also at Grand Oberon Restaurant near my college to help her." 

"Ohh you work at Oberon? What a coincident that's one of Xander's famous restaurant."

I surprisingly asked, "Does he live at Valdez? Is he a businessman?"

"Yes, he does business but he is not a businessman." She replied with a smile and added, "Dear you should ask him yourself. Now I think you should take some rest. If you need anything call Galaxy she will be in the next room. Good Night." Then she gently touched my head with motherly passion and placed a kiss on my forehead. I was totally flattered with her behavior, such a beautiful lady. After wishing her night, I lied down instantly, I lost in darkness as I was too tired to awake anymore. The night was quite peaceful except I felt someone's warm breath exactly near my cheek in my sub consciousness at the middle of the night.

Next morning when I woke up my all pain just vanished and I felt fresh and healthy again. Their medicines just worked like magic. I saw a bunch of fresh red roses beside the bed on the table with a note 'see you at dining table.' A sly smile immediately curved my lips and I knew who it was. An unknown pleasure filled my heart but my day dreaming broke with a gentle knock at the door. "Come in" I replied. Galaxy walked in with a beautiful blue simple yet magnificent gown and said, "Good morning, Milady. This dress is sent for you and this your handbag. If you need any help please ask me." I replied, "Thank you, Galaxy. I don't need anything else." Her pretty look and formal behavior was really impressive so I added, "you are a very pretty girl. So are you a student?"

She surprised hearing my complements and smiling slyly replied, "yes I read in high school along with my brother, Liam. Milady I think I should leave now. It is really a pleasure meeting with you. Thank you so much," then without replying anything she left the room in hurry. I didn't get it why she thanked me as her words were quite puzzling. But I decided to take a shower leaving these thoughts aside. After a long half an hour I succeeded in wearing that royal style blue gown which was quite tricky but it fitted me perfectly, enhancing my curves and beauty. I looked like a princess of story books, I put on some simple makeup like eyeliner, lipstick and little scents which I found in my handbag then I left for dining room.

When I stepped out from the room I found myself in a long corridor of an ancient yet well maintained castle. There was numerous room at that floor and all doors were highly decorated but closed. I looked up at the great, high ceiling and its walls were covered with tapestries from Normandy. I took the stairs then started to walk towards the ground floor. Then only I realized I was in the second floor and I could not remember at all, yesterday who carried me all the way to my room. The stairs were covered with velvety red carpet and within a few minutes I reached at a huge hall extremely well decorated with precious antics where I found Liam, standing with an another young boy of his age. Seeing me he ran away towards me with his usual broad smile and excitement, and asked, "How are you, Milady? You are looking stunning. Come with me all are waiting for you." "I am fine now. Please lead me the way."

He led me towards a huge door which was closed and there were two guards at guard. They opened the door and we entered in another huge little crowd room, in the middle of it a long table almost for 60people filled with delicious dished and a strong delicious aroma hit my nose. Some seats were already booked by unknown males and females but among the crowd my eyes found her favorite sight, I noticed exactly at the starting point of the table beside the chair of head Xander was standing with Damien, busy in talking, in his extremely handsome appearance. His looks seemed emphasized by his black T-shirt, and blue faded jeans along with magnificently styled hair. I started blushing as I started walking towards him.  

Noticing me, Xander charming smiled, looking at me then leaving Damien behind came to me and offered his hand. I without any hesitation place my hand in his strong hand and he gently squeezed it and placed a soft kiss on my knuckles and whispered, "You are looking so beautiful that I can't take away my eyes of you. How are you?"

My heart again started pounding absurdly, his words just accelerated it. I calming my quickening heartbeat, replied in a surprising expression, "I am fine now. Thanks to you. Your family is really huge." I really astonished seeing such a large family. So many people were in the hall and the table was already fully booked.

He gently smiled and replied, "Let's go. Let me introduce you with them." He led me exactly at the next chair of head and he himself occupied the chair of head.

Everybody looked at him with great respect and wished together, "Good Morning Your Highness."

I was too shocked to even talk or act. I murmured surprisingly 'YOUR HIGHNESS!'
