4. Stevano's mansion

Bella did not understand where she was going. Stevano remained silent as he accelerated the car, making no sound to break the silence that followed.

And Bella couldn't help but ask the man.

"Where are we going?" asked Bella, her eyes glanced briefly at the man.

"You will know," the man replied curtly. His eyes are straight on the streets of Los Angeles, which are getting crowded at night. And the cause is people who have just come home from work.

The car they were riding in slowed down, then stopped right at the large mansion that stood before their eyes.

That was the first sentence that Bella said to herself. Even though it looks majestic from the outside, the mansion has its own black aura. Like the man beside her.

Stevano stared at Bella who did not move and instead was stunned by the large building which was his mansion.

"Come down," said the man.

And Bella descended after Stevano. Bella tailed the man like a kitten to her mother.

The man slowly opened the door that became the barrier between the outside and the inside. Bella, who had been behind Stevano, gasped. Not what Bella expected. The mansion contains expensive and beautiful objects. A stark contrast to the view of this mansion from outside. Maybe this is what it's called, don't judge a book by its cover. "Woah, your new toy?" the spiky-haired man looked at Bella who was standing behind Stevano.

Bella bit her lower lip lightly.

What does this spiky guy mean? why does she feel it's not a good thing?

"Are you done?" Stevano asked the spiky man. Not answering the question that the spiky man asked.

"Of course," replied the man.

Bella couldn't understand what the two of them were talking about. So, all Bella is doing right now is being a good listener who doesn't know the storyline.

"Good," said Stevano. He stared with satisfaction at the results of the spiky man.

Suddenly, the spiky man was beside Bella in seconds. Made Bella gasp at the man's speed.

"Hi. Let me introduce you, I'm Lucy. Stevano's friend the flat man. What's your name Miss Sweet?" asked the spiky man who introduced him name as Lucy.

"I ... Bella," Bella replied softly.

"Bella ... a beautiful name, like her."

Bella didn't take Lucy seriously. Because all men in this world think the same. Likes to tease girls for a specific purpose.

"Where did you meet Stev?" asked Lucy.

And Bella didn't answer the spiky-haired man's question when Stevano beckoned her to follow.

Bella exhaled softly. Before following Stevano up the upper floor which was connected by a circular staircase.

There are two rooms on the top floor. Of which the other became Stevano's.

Stevano pointed with his chin at one of the upstairs rooms.

"That's your room," informed Stevano. And Bella thanked the man. It turned out that Stevano was not as terrible as Bella had imagined.

"Thank you very much, sir." Bella lowered her body a little

Meanwhile, the man looked at Bella with furrowed brows. "What are you calling me?" his voice was normal, cold and flat.

Bella looked up at the man in front of her. "Sir, why?" Bella asked, looking confused.

Stevano snorted loudly. Stared at Bella intensely. "Call me Stev, you're not deaf when Lucy calls my name."

Bella snorted to herself. Just now she was praising the man. Now she was blown away at the painful words that came out of Stevano's cruel mouth.

"Yes, Mr. Stevano."

Bella enters the room that has been reserved for her. She gasped to see the contents of the room that would be hers place to unwind. The room is so spacious, and also beautiful. Very much different from hers where there is no half of this room.

Why is that man so kind? let Bella sleep with a large bed which has a soft king size mattress. Bella is sure, her sleep tonight will be the deepest sleep in her entire life.

There is a private bathroom in this room. And also a large red sofa beside the bed.

Bella smiled to herself. Even though the man was cold and seemed cruel. But Bella can't deny the fact that the man is so handsome, and also kind, maybe?

Bella no longer thinks anywhere after drifting into the warmth on the bed.

Oh, even the blanket is really fluffy.

And without Bella knowing it, her eyes have closed to end today's activity. Her mind flew away in a beautiful dream.

And Bella's beautiful eyes that always stare at the shade. It will open again when tomorrow's sun begins to come and reveal its rays to decorate the earth. Turning all existing creatures.

Bella gasped, when she opened her eyes. The first thing she saw was Stevano sitting on the sofa with a straight look at her without blinking.

Bella cleared her throat for a moment. Shaking off the embarrassment when Stevano didn't immediately take his eyes off her.

"Good morning sir ... Stevano," Bella stammered. She couldn't help herself with the sharp gaze the man gave.

"Hn," Stevano replied. His eyes were still staring straight at Bella who was also staring at him.

Their eyes met, for a little while.

Bella swallowed unconsciously, a little fascinated by the handsome face that had been carved beautifully on Stevano.

"Why is the master here?"

"Stev," the man said quickly. And Bella immediately realized what she had just said.

"Why are you here, Stev?" now Bella threw away her formal taste. Because she believed Stevano was not far from hers age. Two years, maybe?

Stevano, meanwhile, was still staring flatly at Bella. One eyebrow lightly raised, giving Bella a question in reply.

"This is my house, i'm free to be anywhere, including on the bed you're currently using." The man grinned as Bella's face started to heat up, then flushed. I don't know what Bella thought.

Bella shook her head quickly. Throwing away other thoughts that suddenly stopped in hers head.

And Bella breathed a sigh of relief, as Stevano rose and walked away from hers, toward the door.

"Come down. And don't get in the habit of getting up late. You stupid girl," said Stevano, sounding like an order.

Stevano thought he had just disciplined a little girl who was just walking.

And Bella watched the man leave with an irritated grunt. Bella would pick up the words that Stevano was a good man.

He is the worst man Bella has ever met.
