Amelia

The bell rang throughout the whole school, a sign that class ended. The students all stood up and fixed their things. Putting their notebooks in their bags and preparing to leave the stressing place the adults call 'school'.

"Liaaaaaa~" Tara elongates her friend's nickname as she walks towards her while carrying her bag.

"Tara" Amelia, our female lead says with a sweet smile.

Tara pretends to have fainted and put her arm on her head while fake crying. "Ahhhh, your smile is always so soothing. I feel like all my stress is gone"

Amelia laughs. "Don't say such embarrassing things"

"But it's true!" Tara says while waving her fists up and down.

"How did you do on your test?" Amelia asks while putting her bag on her shoulder.

"Don't even ask. I'll probably fail. Ugh, I hate math!" Tara says while pretending to vomit.

"That's because you don't study"

"Geh. How about you? Oh never mind you'll probably get a perfect score anyway" Tara asks but answers her question.

"That's not true" Amelia denies.

"Oh really. Cause the last time I remember someone always had a perfect score in every subject ever since I met her. And we met way past elementary" Tara says with a straight face.

"I'm just lucky," Amelia says while smiling.

"I'm amazed that you can say that while smiling," Tara says with her mouth slightly open from shock.

"Anyway enough talk about school"

"Wanna do something fun tonight? You know since tests just ended" Tara says with a huge suspicious grin painted on her face.

"What?" Amelia asked and tilted her head, unaware of Tara's absurd plans.

"Let's go to a bar!" Tara shouted and raised her fists in the air with a determined look.

"No" Amelia immediately said with a smile.

"Whaatttt why not?" Tara said while looking shocked.

"Do you want me to tell you?"

"Ehhhhh fine then. I'll go alone" Tara said while pouting and her arms crossed.

"What? You can't go alone! You're still a minor. What if something happens to you? You're going to make people worried" Amelia nags like a mother.

"Then, go with me," Tara says with puppy eyes.

Amelia stops and looks at her friend who had a hopeful look on her face.

Tara clings to her arm while saying, "go with me, go with me, go with me" repetitively.

Amelia sighs and then looks away with a troubled look on her face.

"Fine"

Tara raises both of her hands and jumps with joy. "Yes! She agreed!" she had a triumphant look on her face.

"But promise me that you're not gonna get too crazy once we enter the bar"

Tara gestured her hand up and smiled widely. "I promise"

"ok then"

They both arrived at Amelia's house. Amelia opens the door using a key and was greeted by her mother. "Welcome home, sweetie," Her mom noticed Tara who was smiling and looking excited.

"Why hello, Tara"

"Hi auntie" Tara replied.

"I'm just gonna ask if I could bring Lia with me. We're gonna have a sleepover at my house since tests just ended" Tara asks with a smile. Not even a hint of nervousness in her face and voice.

"Of course, dear," Amelia's mom said with a soft smile.

"Great. Thanks, auntie"

After receiving permission, they both went to Tara's house which wasn't far from Amelia's. They went to her room and Amelia immediately sat down on Tara's bed.

Tara opened her make-up bag and waved her hand to Amelia, gesturing to come to her. Amelia sat on the carpeted floor while facing her friend. "Are we really doing this?" she asked. Tara looked at her as if saying "you bet we are".

After the make-up was done both of them went to Tara's closet to find something to wear. Amelia settled with a light pink long sleeve dress that shows her shoulders. The dress flows up to her thighs but her legs were covered with knee-high black boots.

Tara's wearing a fitted yellow turtleneck sweater topped with a white checkered mini dress that hugs her curves with spaghetti straps and a thigh-high boots.

"Surprisingly, the clothes you picked covers us well," Amelia said while looking at a full-length body mirror.

"We're not those kinds of girls! Plus you don't have to show skin to be sexy you know" Tara says.

They both grabbed their bags and called for a taxi. They entered the bar and was greeted by a man who looked like a guard. "Your pass please," the man said.

Tara took out a paper from her bag and gave it to the man. The man inspected the paper before saying "you may enter".

"Once they entered another door, Amelia was amazed. The bar that they entered was completely different from what she expected.

Without noticing that all eyes were glued on them, the two went to the counter and sat.

"This is not what I thought a bar would look like," Amelia said.

"What did you think it would look like?" Tara says and ordered something from the bartender.

"Loud music, lots of people, drugs, and many more," Amelia says while looking around.

"This is not that sort of bar. Plus we're only here to drink and celebrate" Tara laughs.

"Is this her first time here ma'am?" The bartender asked.

"Ah yes. She just turned 25 this year so we're celebrating" Tara lies with a smile on her face.

'Amazing. She just spouts lies from her mouth' Amelia thought.

"Really? Then I shall prepare a special drink. It's on the house" the bartender said and winked at the two of them.

"Wow! Thanks!" Tara said with sparkling eyes.

"Thank you" Amelia expressed her gratitude with a soft smile that made the bartender blush.

-1 hour later-

"wan moh plish!" Amelia shouted to the bartender. Her face flushed from drunkenness.

Tara looked at Amelia as if she was a hopeless child.

"She's completely drunk," the bartender said.

"I know. It might be better to take her home now" Tara said and stood up when she felt her bladder about to explode.

"I'm going to the bathroom. Amelia, you stay here ok? If a stranger asks you to go with him you say no I don't want to ok?" Tara says while trying to keep Amelia to listen to her.

"Owkeeyyy~" Amelia answers cutely while giggling.

While Tara was in the bathroom, a tall man enters the bar. His blonde hair was carefully pushed back and he had a sharp look on his face. Wearing what seems to be an expensive and personally tailored suit, he makes his way to the bar and sat at a corner not caring that all eyes were on him. He looks around and a bunch of girls was looking at him hoping to meet his eye. His eyes were then glued to the girl who was sitting at the counter alone.

He stood up and made his way to the girl who was looking down. He pats her on the shoulder and was about to speak when the girl raises her head suddenly and looks at the man. "Tara? Yu war backsh?" the girl's cheeks were red and her face screams innocence. She has light brown hair that flows to her waist and sunset eyes that looks like a mix of orange and red. She has pink soft lips that looked like they would taste sweet.

"You-" before the man could say anything, Amelia wrapped her hand around his waist and hugs him tightly.

"Tara, what took you sho loongggg~" At this point, Amelia had completely lost her senses.

"Tara, did you get fatsh? Why are you sho big?" Amelia looked up and notices the unknown man looking down at her with a surprised face.

"You're not Tara. Why are you hugging meh?" Amelia asks.

"Miss, you're the one who's hugging me"

Amelia looked at her arms and sees them wrapped around his waist. She let out a loud gasp and stood up.

"Aym sho shori!" she lets out a giggle and took her bag and bows at the man in front of her.

She slowly walks to the door when she trips over her foot and was about to fall. The man rushes towards her and caught her by the waist.

Amelia turns her head to the man and thanked him. Just when she was about to open the door, the man grabs her arm and pulls her towards his chest. "Miss, how about I take you home?" the man offered.

Amelia smiled sweetly at the man and nods her head. The man picks her up and carried her like a princess and left the bar. Just as they exited the bar, Amelia's friend Tara walks outside the bathroom and walks to the counter where Amelia sat. She looks around and notices that her friend was nowhere to be found. She looks at the bartender who has a surprised look on his face.

"Um. Where's the girl who was sitting her earlier?" she asks.

The bartender nervously pointed at the door and said "she was taken by a man with blonde hair"

"What?!" Tara shouted.
