Chapter 54- Seal The Deal

Susan arrived home after class to help with supper preparation; she received numerous congratulations from the ladies and men in the kitchen, on her engagement. Alpha Gannon said, “congratulations little sister,” and enveloped her in a huge hug. She hadn't really studied her new engagement ring until she was sitting in class and admired the ½ carat, pear shaped solitaire diamond with a gold band that sat proudly on her ring finger.
